Sales Professional Kat Boychuk brings over four years of experience in the real estate industry, having started her career in 2022 before joining Ray White TKG in 2026.

With a strong focus on buyers, Kat enjoys getting to know the people she meets and understanding what they are really looking for in a property. She assists buyers throughout their search and conducts open homes, always aiming to make each interaction genuine, helpful and memorable.

Kat is hardworking, driven and highly motivated, with a strong eye for detail . She considers herself a perfectionist and is someone who will always go the extra mile to get the best possible result. Most importantly, Kat genuinely cares about people. When she speaks with someone, she makes sure they feel listened to and valued.

One of Kat’s greatest achievements is raising her two beautiful children while continuing to grow and succeed in her career. 

Away from the office, Kat’s time is centred around her family. She enjoys spending time with her children, family and friends, heading to the beach and attending sporting events with her children. She also loves spending time with her dog, Bear.
